· 2026-06-09T18:14:47+00:00$XRP & XLM CRYPTO ANALYSIS JUNE 9 [Spoken audio]: All right, folks, here's an update on XRP and XLM. The first one we're looking at here is going to be XRP. So we love XRP down here at these prices. Guys, you guys know that our trading strategy, if you guys have been following along, is to buy when this blue wave is down here on a weekly chart, given these green dots. So we did get a green dot back here at around $130. And we also got one right here in December, right there around $180. It's now sitting at $113. And we're going to probably get another one here the next one to three weeks would be my guess. So again, we're buying this thing all the way down, right? If you come back here from this period of 2022 to 2024, if you guys were buying down here when XRP was 32 cents or down here, okay? When XRP was 39 cents, again, this was back here in 2022, this was four years ago. So again, everybody was excited about XRP up here at 350, okay, but no one likes it down here at 113. I think this is a great price for XRP down here at $1.30 compared to where we've been and where we're sitting at. Again, if you look at the cheat sheet over here, again, we always reference the mean here. The mean is just a four-year moving average on our chart. So mean is just another word for average. That blue line on our chart, that is the four-year moving average. So our goal here at Overkill Trading is to buy great assets at a great price, right? XRP is a great asset. Is it at a great price right now? Well, how we tell if we're getting something at a great price is we look at the average, right? We want to buy into the average or we want to buy below the average. One of those two places. We never want to buy up here because, again, this is when people are greedy, when they're enthusiastic, when they're delusional, saying that it's going to $10,000 by the end of the year, so on and so forth. That was up here. See the separation off the mean? That means you were getting it at an expensive price. When we're that far off the moving average, this is, again, when people are excited. We'd like to buy things when nobody's excited. I mean, XRP off its last red dot up here. Again, our sell strategy is to sell the red dot with the wave up here. And we want to buy the green dots down here. Are we down on these last two green dots? Yes, but we are long-term swing traders, right? We just simply wait, right? This has been a drawn-out bear market unlike any other bear market I've seen, maybe besides this one back here in 2021, 2022. Okay, but we've been going down for 10 months, right? We're down here. We're down here in despair, right? as we can see that we're below the moving average right now. So I like XRP. What I'm gonna do for my next entry is just wait for the signal. I think that's gonna come probably in one to three weeks. And again, then when the wave comes up here, this could be next year, this could be in two years, this could be in two months, right? I can't tell you guys how long it's gonna take. It went from there to there, right? This thing went from 40 cents all the way up here to $3 in the matter of like 40 days, 40 or 50 days. So the move can happen really fast. So I like it at these prices again down below the average And XLM, same thing. This one's sitting right on the average as well. We are buyers of XLM here at these levels.

Listen to this my friend, coming out of Herm out, not sign language, you know, not Get on paper out of her own lips, listen to this, my friend. I myself a little bit of say, you know, obviously there was a big announcement with the DTCC saying that they had this program going live in the summer, I think just in a couple months they were working with 50 plus teams to establish the best practices. And so I'm curious how the partnership with Stellar and the DTCC separates itself from the broad partnership between the DTCC and, you know, these 50 plus participants. Well, thank you, it's so great to be here and I actually love that we're starting there because I think that that's the place that maybe some folks have gotten to and I'm happy that you got some grief over it, but the fact of the matter is, it's all based on the technology, right? And Stellar was built for this from day one and a lot of the folks at DTCC- Stellar was built for this from day one, so she's talking about the DTCC and Stellar partnership and she's saying Stellar the reality is Stellar was built for this from day one and then she goes on to say right here especially in the DTCC okay right here just one sec bear with me especially the digital assets group who work with Stellar since I've been here so since 2018 2019 so the people at the DTCC have been working with Stellar since 2008 since she's been there 2018 sorry 2018 2019 okay doing a long work to help to build the protocol to the level that it needed to get to for these kinds of institutions to be able to build on it and have the clawback functionality the freeze functionality all of those necessary components from a compliance standpoint built in at the core so you do not have to build a smart contract and you do not have to do this you don't want to you can but you don't have to because all of these things in addition to privacy are built in at the core layer so it will be the that's an open public network which first of all is pretty amazing okay we're gonna listen to it carefully again without me cutting her off okay oh my goodness listen carefully and i'm gonna break it down and i'm gonna show you the proof now after you can't even imagine and it's the same for xrp it's the exact same you cannot even imagine what i'm gonna show you later on in this video about xrp oh Oh my goodness. But the fact of the matter is, it's all based on the technology, right? And Steller was built for this from day one. And a lot of the folks at DTCC, especially in the digital assets group have been working with Steller since I've been here. So since 2018, 2019, they've been doing a lot of work to help to build the protocol to the level that it needed to get to for these kinds of institutions to be able to build on it and have the quality of functionality. So the DTCC since 2018, since the very beginning have been helping, helping Stellar. I know I'm repeating myself, but this is important that you understand, you get this. They've been helping Stellar to make sure that it's built the exact perfect way to meet the needs for enterprises. So who's running the show here? Is it Stellar or like is almost like Stellar is a disguise company? Like is the DTCC technically Stellar to a certain degree? I mean, think about that for a minute. Oh my goodness. Oh my goodness. This is what I've been telling you guys. These institutions, XRP, Ripple, Ripple, Stellar, these are not your average tuition. This is not, they just didn't happen to exist and be created by coincidence and then started working with the DTCC after. No, no, no, in my opinion, this has all been planned. This has all been planned. It's actually not my opinion. That's what it is, okay? This has been planned for a long time and I've proven that in my other deep dice. We're gonna listen to her a bit more here again. A bit more, continue and then, Wait till what I have for you in a minute. Oh, my goodness. All of those necessary components from a compliant standpoint built in at the core. So you do not have to build a smart contract and you do not have to do this. You don't want to. You can. So they're helping to build it at the core. So they're literally helping to create the core technology of Stellar. So what happened when when Stellar decided to form their, like when they took the code from xrp and did a clone of the xrp ledger or sorry not a clone but they left yeah i guess they would have just taken the code and went on to go and build stellar who is who is behind this who is behind the idea that oh you know what you guys xrp ledger you guys focus on the cbdc and the big money and we'll go here and we'll focus on the peer to peer and small medium enterprises who is behind this plan who is behind the so-called breakup of Stellar and Ripple. Hmm, very interesting if you think about it, right? Because Stellar is more focused on small, medium enterprises and peer-to-peer transaction. And I always felt that it was more like the whole shenanigan that there was a big fight between Ripple and Jid McCallum, the Ripple team and Jid McCallum and, you know, how they broke up and they were going to go this way. And I felt that's probably just theater in my opinion is what I think. I think it was more decided, hey, you know what, you guys go and handle this part of the business, this part of the market, and we'll focus on this side of the market and we'll have a better chance of having success and global adoption and success for global liquidity and global cross-border payments, which has been planned by the Financial Stability Board, the BIS, the Bank for International Settlements, the IMF, and the G20 Nations. I prove that in their own documentation that this has been playing for a very long time and it's to fix the global equity crisis and the issue with cross-border payments, which again has to do with global equity. We're going to listen a bit more. The path to because all of these things in addition to privacy are built in at the corner layer. So it will be the that's an open public network, which first of all is pretty amazing that DTCC is picking an open public network like Stellar and there's a lot of good reasons behind that. But it's all based on the technology. Sure. There are. but how how how can she say they're picking they've helped they've helped stellar to build it that way from the very very beginning they didn't pick now they picked then because the powers that be decided a long time ago that if they want to have global adoption they want to have global liquidity if they want to like integrate this technology into everything and have it have adoption you need to build everything almost open source this is what they've realized almost 20 years ago that you have to go open source. It's either they close up everything and they don't get any adoption or they go wide open open source on everything and that's the only way to do it. It's one or the other based on my research. There's no question that there's going to be some. They have quadrillions of dollars in assets but those assets are going to the institutions that are going to pick the issue are going to pick based on the tax debt and our tax debt has been proven. We have been building on for institutions since day one. Franklin Templeton built the first money market fund on Stellar and started that in 2019. They did that without coming to us. They did that by picking the tech stack for the value of the tech stack. So some of these folks that actually are at DTCC are the ones that helped us to get there. That's the beauty of open... It's nice. Your home. Think about that. Think about that. Some of the folks at DTCC are the ones that helped us to get there. They did more than help, my friend. Now I did a huge... I did two or three deep dyes on the DTCC. Some of you might have seen this here, but I'm gonna show you how again Ripple has been getting the help big time from the DTCC from the very beginning. Do not miss this one. Oh my goodness. And the DTCC, Donald Donahue, which was the former president and CEO of the DTCC, helped to basically create the Global Payment Steering Committee for Ripple which Ripple created and the global rulebook that Ripple has for their Ripple net he helped to create it and then home it gets better I did another deep dive showing how the unified ledger shared ledger regulated labing network which used to be called the regulating turn of value Finternet which is all the XRP ledger which I've proven in my deep dives they all have a global rulebook same for project aguro project Enbridge all these massive projects all have a global rulebook when it comes to cross-border payments, standards and so on. Isn't that interesting? So watch this my friend, Donald Donahue, former president and CEO of the DTCC, DTCC's corporation joined Ripple Labs as an advisor in June 2015, he's more than an advisor in my opinion. So he joined Ripple Labs in 2015, you are talking 11 years ago, this is before Ripple Net even launched, if I'm not mistaken. He brought deep expertise in financial infrastructure, post-trade clearing settlement, risk management, and crisis stabilization. Alright, so, in September 2016, major banks including Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Santander, Unicredit, Standard Chartered, a bunch of them, okay? Launched the Global Payment Steering Group, the Global Payment Steering Group, the first interbank group focused on blockchain based global payments using Ripple's technology. Donahue was named Chairman, so the former CEO of the DTCC and he was also the earlier COO of the DTCC literally helped to create the global payment steering group that Ripple created and literally he was also the chairman of the global payment steering group which Ripple created. What do you think is the relationship between the DTCC and Ripple and the DTCC and Stellar? We both see evidence here, literally you're talking 2015, this is not a joke, wait till I show you the global rulebook. Okay, this is not a joke, this is the Global Payment Steering Committee, or Global Payment Steering Group, sorry. Watch this, bear with me, I'm telling you, don't miss this guys, because this is insane, okay? This is why I started my channel, to share this stuff with you guys. Key role of the Global Payment Steering Group. It aimed to create the first rules-based blockchain payments network. The group oversaw the creation and maintenance of Ripple Payments Transaction Rules, formalized standards for using Ripple and other implementation support. The effort produced a global rulebook, formalized standards and policies for cross-border payments via Ripple Blockchain, which Ripple has referenced promoted as governing standardized activity on its network. Donahue highlighted it as the first time major banks formulated policies for blockchain-based money transfers. In short, Donald Donahue, DTCC background and Ripple advisory role positioned him to chair the global payment steering group helping banks collaboratively build governance and standards. The global rulebook around Ripple's tech for efficient global payments. payments. Okay, because again, I don't want you guys to miss this. Okay, I don't want you to miss this, my friend. This is the global payment steering group. They're steering global payments, they're setting standards and principles for global payments. If you want to go much deeper and on this subject, okay, go much deeper, you can go and apex script the community and watch these four deep dives here, this course is under courses here, DTCC users, there'll be there's four big deep dives here and you can watch also these deep dives I did 15 deep dives on the BIS that's the central banks are all central banks project to go or a project Enbridge Mariano all showing that it's the XRP ledger so if you want to go much deeper and really see everything all in one spot that's the place to go DTCC uses XRP right here Apex Crypto Community I'll leave the link in the description I always do now right here on Ripple's website it talks about the RippleNet committee a network governed by the members for the members. Ripple's Global Payment Network, RippleNet, is democratically governed by the RippleNet committee, a group of global industry leading financial institutions. This committee collectively evolves and maintains standardization across global cross-border transactions. So they maintain standardization across global cross-border transactions. Hmm, I wonder what role they play with the ISO 20022. Well, Stellar and Ripple are the only blockchain company on the governance body of the ISO 20022, which is a Swift standard. This is Swift that created this standard in 2004, the same year that we see Ryan Fugger talking about RippleNet or RipplePay. The same year that we see Ripple officially being created, although we clearly see the evidence that Ripple has been planned a very, very, very long time ago, especially in the Economist magazine, get ready for a new world currency, the rising Phoenix Economist magazine. 1988, 1989 is when we see David Schwartz getting a patent on distributed computer system. David Schwartz as you know, as you probably know, if you've been in crypto for a while, he used to be the chief cryptographer, the CTO of Ripple, and he was working for a very powerful three-letter agency at the time in 1989 when he got the patent on distributed computer system long deep dive there I could go deep there so let's continue so the benefits of ripple net one simple integration members can transact with anyone on ripples growing global real-time payment network through a single agreement standard rules all network members adhere to the ripple net rule book a common global framework with functional standards and SLA SLA stands for service level agreement. So they're all agreeing to functional standards and service level agreements when they sign up to the RippleNet rulebook. Isn't that interesting? And again, this is a global rulebook and we'll look at their operational certainty since we're at it, RippleNet standardize data enables members to minimize inefficiencies, redundancies and operational overhead. Now let me show you one more thing. Oh my goodness. So I had Asgrock a while back and some of this you might have seen if you've watched one of my other deep dives. Please I told Grock here I said, please find me any document online or on the internet or website or whatever that talks about a global rulebook for cross-border payments or international payments or international transfers in context of a shared ledger or unified ledger, regulated library network or regulated settlement network, the Finternet or CBDC transfers and so on. me any document or project that talks about a global rulebook. And here, I'll just read you the first paragraph, maybe another one. Several relevant documents and initiatives discussed or proposed elements of a global rulebook or equivalent governance rulebook frameworks in the exact context you mentioned. Cross-border slash international payments, coins shared slash unified ledgers, regulated lively network, regulated settlement networks, Finternet and CBDCs. Now I've done many, many deep dives showing the proof that the unified ledger shared ledger regulated library network and the Finternet it's all the XRP ledger they're scattered all over my YouTube channel or you can go again on my Apex Crypto community where I have them all organized and literally you can try it out for 7 day free trial and and it's all there under one course. It's literally right here. Your courses, I did eight deep dives showing 100% proof that the unified ledger, shared ledger, Rayleigh Leiby Network, it's all the XRP ledger. But right here, if you wanna see all the proof, in case you're wondering, oh, is it really true? Can it really be the unified ledger, XRP ledger, sorry, can the XRP ledger, is it really the unified ledger, shared ledger, regulated library network, and Finternet, which are terminologies that we're seeing in all of these massive, massive CBDC projects all over the world. They're talking about our unified ledger concept, shared ledger concept, it's all the XRP ledger. So long story, but if you watch the eight deep dives here, oh my goodness, my friend, you can't even imagine. If I try to explain it now, it's gonna make the video like a thousand hours. But what you need to know is technically the public XRP ledger is literally the main unified ledger, the main shared ledger or regulated library network. They used to call it the regulated internal value, but it changed the name real quick because everybody knows that's Ripple. So that's your main regulated library network unified ledger shared ledger. But the central banks are building their CBDCs on private version of the public XRP ledger. So these are private versions of the public XRP ledger and these private, they're basically carbon copy clones of the public XRP ledger. And so these private ledgers were the central banks and this is right on Ripple's website. And you'll see that if you look at, if you watch all my deep dyes, I show clear proof, I show the head of CBC relations from Ripple, explaining it, I show you right on the Ripple's website. But basically central banks are building on private ledgers of the public excerpt ledger. And these are called your shared ledger concepts. They're shared ledgers or unified ledgers, regulated library networks, plural. Okay, so this is why it's very confusing. So when they talk about a regulated library network in the UK or a unified ledger concept in the Eurozone or regulated liability network in the US or regulated settlement network. They're technically CBDCs for the most part, okay? They're CBDCs being built on private versions of the public XRP ledger. And I know it's questionable for the US, it doesn't have to be a CBDC, but literally it's the national infrastructure being built on blockchain and being built on private versions of the public XRP ledger. So this is why you're seeing all these massive projects talking about a unified ledger concept, shared ledger concept, so on, okay? So, oh my goodness, just, I hope that you watch all my deep dives concerning this subject. The best again is to just watch my eight deep dives that I have in the community. Cause it's all in order there. Cause what happened is I've been creating video for a year now and I literally, the videos are all over the place. One showing the proof, the unified ledger, one showing the proof that all the CBDCs are being built on private ledgers and they're gonna settle. And then another one showing how they talk about a plurality of regulated library networks are all built on national currencies. So it's a bit scattered all the videos everywhere.
