Strategy CEO @PhongLe laid out the playbook: 1. Build the USD reserve 2. Get STRC back to par 3. Issue more STRC 4. Buy more Bitcoin 5. Repeat The machine is built to accumulate Bitcoin.

strategy's tell isn't the $216m BTC sale, it's STRC at $73, 27% below par, forcing a hike to 12% just to compete with strive's SATA at 13%. once preferred trades under par the equity-issuance lever dies and BTC becomes the only funding source for $1.76b/yr in obligations. watch

Michael Saylor's Last Call on $STRC. Is STRC, currently at $88, about to return to $100? Compared to BTC's price, I think the key to whether STRC can get back to $100 lies in: Strategy's short-term debt repayment capacity and dividend yield. Right now, Strategy has sold over

Strategy has made it very clear that $STRC is their priority for now. They sold $BTC and $MSTR to raise the USD reserve to $3B, but STRC just closed a 3rd consecutive date of record below par. The only thing they haven't tried yet is buying back STRC...

Why does APYX's redemption still require 20 days? Clearly, $STRC's ex-dividend has already been changed to half a month For $apyUSD's lossless redemption period, shouldn't it be shortened from 20 days? Changed to ten days, and at most it shouldn't exceed 15 days, right?

The image shows a cryptocurrency unlock interface on the Ethereum network, where a user can exchange 1,000 apyUSD for 1,394.32 apxUSD, with information noting a minimum 20-day waiting period after requesting an unlock.

The screenshot directly illustrates the user's complaint, as the "Information" section at the bottom states "Waiting 20d will result in the minimum variable fee of 0%," highlighting the lengthy 20-day redemption period the user is questioning.

If $STRC were to fail, I’m certain Saylor and Phong would simply devise another novel way to buy BTC. Winners win.

$STRC up despite it being the record date. The price is not driven by fundamentals. It is driven by speculation and sentiment.

JUST IN: Strategy $MSTR CEO Phong Le just said, "Our plan is to get $STRC back to par and restart #Bitcoin accumulation. We will continue to increase our USD reserve as it's very accretive to our BPS." "Having 2-3 years of dividends in our USD reserve is a big part of our [Spoken audio]: Yeah, our plan is to get stretch back to par Unsure how long that will take building up the US dollar reserve was a big part of that and we'll continue to build that And yeah when stretch gets back to par will issue more will buy Bitcoin We may continue to beef up our US dollar reserve That's a big part of our capital plan is to issue more preferred over time because very accretive to our Bitcoin per share Which is accretive to our shareholders. Well, I am curious just about just kind of the structure going forward I mean, to get back to par, is there a sense here that you can do that, whether it's with selling more Bitcoin or issuing more equity? Have you determined what might actually be the best path to get there or the most efficient path to get there? We think the first thing is the US dollar reserve, right? I think we've learned over the course of the last couple of months that having that liquid access to US dollar capital, whether it be one, two, three years is quite important. And then we saw when we increased it in the last couple of weeks, we got a stretch up from a low in the 75 range to close to 90. So we'll continue to build that. We increase the dividend. I don't think the dividend is as much of a factor, and I think a track record of success and a track record of execution, and then of course education where we're a year into the product. A lot of financial products take two or three years to mature. So we're early. We're learning. We're listening to the market. And the great thing is there are built-in mechanisms with the market. For example, go into a par, right? staying at par. That's a mechanism that lets us know what we're doing right and what we're not doing right and what we can improve upon.
