$STRC now pays dividends twice per month. What is the clearest way to describe this?

Peter Schiff @PeterSchiff · 2026-06-17T19:49:02+00:00

$STRC just traded below $89.50. That means that risk-averse retirees whom @Saylor convinced to buy last month are already down over 10.5%, almost an entire year's 11.5% yield. Worse, to bail them out, $MSTR will have to raise the yield to 13%, destroying more shareholder value.

DonAlt @DonAlt · 2026-06-17T01:27:46+00:00

So what's up with this Can someone that loves Saylor explain to me why STRC is trading like a ponzi?

Peter Duan @BTCBULLRIDER · 2026-06-17T15:27:00+00:00

Just bought $STRC for the first time. The thesis is simple. STRC is MSTR's flagship product where they are deeply incentivized to push the face value of it back to par so they can ATM it to acquire cheap Bitcoin. At $92, I can expect a 8%-9% appreciation (back to par) plus

K A L E O @CryptoKaleo · 2026-06-17T21:48:01+00:00

#Bitcoin / $BTC Honestly would think the odds would be way higher than 60% we see $50K before $100K. Still believe the market sees one last leg lower associated with MSTR / STRC panic before it hits a real bottom. Close from a time perspective, bit to go from a price

Ted @TedPillows · 2026-06-17T19:03:52+00:00

Everyone is focused on FOMC now. Meanwhile $STRC is heading towards its lowest daily close since November 2025. This is way worse than you guys can imagine.

$STRC is NOT a stablecoin It’s not money It’s not pegged 1:1 with the US dollar It's a preferred equity, meaning the only valid concern is whether Strategy can support the dividend, not whether it “depegged” like a stablecoin Based on cash reserves alone, Strategy has enough

JUST IN: Strategy $MSTR CEO Phong Le explains how they could raise capital to buy more #Bitcoin while $STRC is below par. "We can issue more convertible debt, other preferred stock, and equity as long as it is accretive to BPS." [Spoken audio]: Right, and as long as that is a creative to Bitcoin per share over the long run, we could do that. Right. So as an example, you know, we issue equity quite often to pay our dividends, right, and our equity trades with $2.7 billion a day is one of the top 20 most liquid stocks in the world. it is the most liquid stock in the world when compared to our market cap. So that is a fundraising mechanism we've used historically, right? We can issue prefers, and to your point, right? We wouldn't issue stretch below par, right? But we could issue other prefers if we wanted to. We could sell bitcoin, right? If it made sense, and it was a creative to bitcoin per share. And then we could issue more convertible debt. The market's quite open to us. we've made a decision not to, issuing convertible debt could be long-run a creative Bitcoin per share, but we're putting a senior obligation on top of our prefers. That's why we choose not to, and there's a lot of other reasons why we choose not to do that. By the way, we also own 845,000 Bitcoin. We could do nothing. We could do nothing during a bear market, which is sort of what we did in 2022. We reached French, we paid back some of our senior secured notes and our Bitcoin-backed debt. And otherwise, we did very little during the year of 2022. We sat there with a Bitcoin stack, and as Bitcoin went back up, our company accreted Bitcoin per share and it accreted valuation and everybody won. So the doing nothing option isn't necessarily a bad thing. In fact, the temptation when you're when you're going through a Bitcoin bear market to do something like sell Bitcoin like in in mass right that's not something with we would contemplate doing either so I guess we have a lot of options doing nothing is one of those options

It's time to double down on $STRC . It will return to par ($100). >Bi-monthly dividends begin from July. >Yield will increase by 25-50 bps. >Effective yield is almost ~13%. >Return to par = ~12% in capital gains. People are panicking for no reason.

There are also indications that yield will increase by 25-50 bps in bi-Monthly dividends, but they are currently at par and not in effect yet. The image shows a line graph showing daily trading volume for digital currency, SACD (S&P 500 dollar ETF), compared to Bitcoin price. The graph has two lines - one representing the daily trading volume of SACD, while the other represents Bitcoin's daily trading volume. There is also a horizontal bar chart comparing the values of both cryptocurrencies at specific points in time.

Based on this information, it can be inferred that despite unfavorable market conditions for Bitcoin, digital currency has managed to maintain or even increase its trading value compared to Bitcoin over the past few months. The difference between the two currencies is relatively small, with SACD trading volume being higher than Bitcoin's at most points in time. This data suggests that investors who are patient and focused on long-term trends may still have a chance of making profits from these digital currency assets.

It’s a little of that I’m sure. BITA dropped today as well I think. Goldman is coming with another bitcoin income play Another thing is that it’s a lot of retail. And Bitcoin bottom is looming Many people will sell STRC and convert to Bitcoin STRC is Bitcoiner dominated

The final form of “Digital Credit” will look much different than $STRC & $SATA . Why? Because these instruments are not actually credit. They’re equity. Perpetual Preferred Equity is a good vehicle for the issuer (no maturity date, dividends are deferrable non-cumulative).

In this image, there is a bar graph comparing Bitcoin preferred equity (PFE) vs BitCoin backed bond (TBX). The green bars represent the value of PFE and TBX over time, while an orange line connects them on the x-axis. It seems that currently, the preferred equity market is preferred to the currency market in terms of value. This could be because investors may prefer the equity as a more liquid investment option compared to Bitcoins or other digital assets, which might have limited liquidity and less stability over time.

$STRC

The image shows a man standing on a balcony, holding his arm out towards someone inside the house who is holding an iPhone. There are three photos of the same scene, with different angles and perspectives. The first photo captures the man from behind, the second photo has him looking over his shoulder to the left side, and the third photo shows him looking at the person on the other side of the balcony.

The post includes a caption that reads "$STRC". This means that there is an iPhone in the image, possibly dropped by someone who was holding it while standing on the balcony. The man's action of reaching out towards the person inside the house suggests that he might be trying to communicate or interact with them through the phone.

Looks like the $STRC Ponzi is collapsing again. Steady Lads. Deploying More Capital lol

The image features a stock chart with red bars representing daily returns for two different stocks, one of which has its return line going downward while the other one's is going upward, creating a downward trend. Below this chart, there is text that says "Ponzi", which refers to the Ponzi scheme in question, and another text saying "steady", implying a relatively stable financial situation with minimal risk or fluctuations. The overall impression of the image is one of concern for those involved in the stock market due to the downward trend observed in the chart.
