That yield, as far as I'm concerned, comes from: • Bitcoin's appreciation • The ability to issue $MSTR equity • The ability to issue $STRC preferred equity But
· 2026-06-10T14:59:11+00:00Should my mum invest her entire $500K life savings in $STRC ? @saylor reframes the "should I go all-in on Strategy" question: "It all comes down to how comfortable you are with the risk you're assuming. You wouldn't want to be a Bitcoin maximalist overnight." "The average [Spoken audio]: So my mom has her $500,000 in savings and she sees I can make 10% a year. 50k. That's amazing. Should she invest her entire 500k savings into STRC? I think allocation is a decision that everybody has to make and it all comes down to how comfortable are you with the risk you're assuming. So probably the answer is not. Probably not overnight. You wouldn't want to. A Bitcoin maximalist, you know, a person that's got a lot of money in Bitcoin and they believe in Bitcoin they might very well prefer to put most of their working capital the money they need the next four years they might put that into STRC or digital credit because they're a Bitcoin maximalist the average investor would probably say I want to have my investments across you know two three four different sources of credit And I really just think it depends upon, you know, what's your time horizon and how comfortable are you with Bitcoin and you have to basically you have to trust Bitcoin and you have trust the issuer. So the issue is would you put all your money in one bank called strategy and then would you trust that the Bitcoin network is robust and is not going away. And that's a statistic decision, so probably some portion depending upon how comfortable they are with digital assets and digital capital. Do you know someone still stuck waiting on banks? Put them on cash. You both get up to $250 cash. Store move and spend stable coins globally without using bank friction. Cast. Keep it stable.

· 2026-06-10T19:38:06.129000+00:00Saylor said he'd never sell. Last week, Strategy sold Bitcoin for the first time in 4 years. For years, Saylor's whole thing was "never sell". He said it on podcasts, on X, in earnings calls. It became the identity of the company. Buy bitcoin, hold bitcoin, never sell bitcoin. Then an SEC filling dropped on June 1st showing Strategy sold 32 BTC for $2.5 million between May 26-31. First confirmed sale since December 2022. 32 coins out of 843,706 is nothing tbh. That's 0.003% of their stack. They sold it to pay dividens on their STRC preferred stock. On paper its completely meaningless. But the signal isn't the size, its the shift. Saylor publicly said on the Q1 earnings call that Strategy is moving from "never sell" to "actively managing" their balance sheet. That's a completely different playbook than the one people bought MSTR for.
