$STRC just traded below $89.50. That means that risk-averse retirees whom @Saylor convinced to buy last month are already down over 10.5%, almost an entire year's 11.5% yield. Worse, to bail them out, $MSTR will have to raise the yield to 13%, destroying more shareholder value.

#Bitcoin / $BTC Honestly would think the odds would be way higher than 60% we see $50K before $100K. Still believe the market sees one last leg lower associated with MSTR / STRC panic before it hits a real bottom. Close from a time perspective, bit to go from a price

MSTR holds $55 billion in BTC, needing to pay only $1.7 billion in STRC dividends annually, so it can cover 32 years of dividends just by selling BTC. And STRC is preferred stock, not bonds, no principal to repay, so MSTR has no risk of forced liquidation from leverage, and

The image presents a comparison of two companies - Bitcoin Reserve Holding Company (BRHC) which holds $55 billion in BTC and STRC holding $1.7 billion in STRC dividends annually. The text indicates that BRHC has the capability to cover 32 years of dividend payments, while STRC only requires an annual dividend payment of $1.7. Both companies have a preferred stock status, meaning they are not bound by bonds, which means they can avoid repaying their capital even if the market value falls below their initial purchase price. This lack of risk is reflected in their financial stability and growth potential.

Can Michael Saylor blow up his stock $MSTR a second time, like he did in 2000? Thoughts?

The image shows two lines on a graph with red text that reads "99% - 77%" next to each other. The graph displays the price of Bitcoin over time from 2000 to 2010, indicating fluctuations in its value during those years. The post suggests that Michael Saylor's stock could potentially double again in the future, as indicated by the upward trend shown on the graph. This implies a possible increase in the stock's value and an opportunity for investors to capitalize on this growth.

JUST IN: Anthony @Scaramucci just said, "Michael Saylor's Strategy $MSTR will be fine even if #Bitcoin goes lower. He has a fortress balance sheet." "$MSTR is still trading at a 1.3 NAV, which gives him the necessary arbitrage. He's going to be right." [Spoken audio]: You know, is Michael in trouble? He's definitely not in trouble. He has a fortress balance sheet. You have to really understand the mechanisms of the balance sheet to understand that Bitcoin can go a lot lower and he's virtually not in trouble. He also bought back some of these converts recently, which takes that piece of it off the table. That was something that he's probably a little bit worried about. He's got a very deep capital pull that he can access And he's still trading, you know, you can go to the strategy app and you look at his M nav in terms of what the price of the stock is relative to the value of his Bitcoin, he's still trading at a 1.2, 1.3 nav, which gives him the necessary arbitrage for people to get comfortable with that trade. So I like it. I like him. I think he's going to be right.

JUST IN: Strategy $MSTR CEO Phong Le explains how they could raise capital to buy more #Bitcoin while $STRC is below par. "We can issue more convertible debt, other preferred stock, and equity as long as it is accretive to BPS." [Spoken audio]: Right, and as long as that is a creative to Bitcoin per share over the long run, we could do that. Right. So as an example, you know, we issue equity quite often to pay our dividends, right, and our equity trades with $2.7 billion a day is one of the top 20 most liquid stocks in the world. it is the most liquid stock in the world when compared to our market cap. So that is a fundraising mechanism we've used historically, right? We can issue prefers, and to your point, right? We wouldn't issue stretch below par, right? But we could issue other prefers if we wanted to. We could sell bitcoin, right? If it made sense, and it was a creative to bitcoin per share. And then we could issue more convertible debt. The market's quite open to us. we've made a decision not to, issuing convertible debt could be long-run a creative Bitcoin per share, but we're putting a senior obligation on top of our prefers. That's why we choose not to, and there's a lot of other reasons why we choose not to do that. By the way, we also own 845,000 Bitcoin. We could do nothing. We could do nothing during a bear market, which is sort of what we did in 2022. We reached French, we paid back some of our senior secured notes and our Bitcoin-backed debt. And otherwise, we did very little during the year of 2022. We sat there with a Bitcoin stack, and as Bitcoin went back up, our company accreted Bitcoin per share and it accreted valuation and everybody won. So the doing nothing option isn't necessarily a bad thing. In fact, the temptation when you're when you're going through a Bitcoin bear market to do something like sell Bitcoin like in in mass right that's not something with we would contemplate doing either so I guess we have a lot of options doing nothing is one of those options

If MSTR issued $0 of STRC for a year and $0 of MSTR for a year, and Bitcoin went back to $126k, you're looking at a +139% total return from today. $124 to $296 per share. CEBE sats per share would go up 26% from just the Bitcoin move. This result is the same 1.27x CEBE mNAV as

The x-axis labels indicate the time period during which Bitcoin was held. The graph highlights that Bitcoin went up to $126k and then decreased back to $96k, resulting in a total return of +39%. This return is similar to the average return on shares shown in the accompanying post about investing in Bitcoin. However, it's essential to note that there are limitations to this analysis due to the two-year time frame, so actual market performance may differ over different time periods and economic conditions.
