The Setup For $400,000 Bitcoin & $1,200 $MSTR is About to Begin [Spoken audio]: Thursday, June 11th, Bitcoin at $63,400 MSTR closed at $120. The recent price action has felt very bearish. My goal in this video is to reframe it for you, because we are extremely close to a breakout in Bitcoin and Bitcoin adjacent equities, including MSTR. I still believe Bitcoin will be at $400,000 in the second quarter of 2027. I believe MSTR's minimum price target is $1,200. And my plan is to turn $100,000 into 10 million using derivatives. Now it's not financial vice, I'm not a financial visor, I own Bitcoin, I own MSTR, it's just math. All right, and we talk all about this all the time in my private group called MSTR Generational Wealth, linked below. But let's get right to it guys, Bitcoin, we have to go back. I wanna reframe this price action for you recently. We gotta go back to 2011, the origin of basically the price action here, the price action data in trading view on Bitcoin. and I want to use that decline line that it established back from 2011 to 2012 to generate buy signals. And what this did is, and you wouldn't have known it back then, by the way, to be fair, because this was the first time it happened, but it gave us a buy signal right here at about five dollars. Okay, right there, five dollars. And you could have rode that all the way up to 256 dollars. Nothing moves like Bitcoin guys, by the way, we're not talking about top signals or sell signals in today's video. That is not the point of today's video, but we will in in the future so if you want to subscribe so you don't miss that feel free. This also generated your next buy signal at $140 while Bitcoin was en route to $1,160. So again we're just going to use the same decline angle that was established 15 years ago in Bitcoin and all you need to do is extend it from the parabolic tops and it gives you the buy signals for the future although I will say this was very muddied it had to reset because Bitcoin literally had a double parabola in one year right there and it needed to reset the momentum oscillator so it was boring for a while it just rode that angle down but again the angle was still established back here in 2011. Then you got your next buy signal here that would have been at about $215 and that move didn't stop until $20,000 basically $19,600 back in 2017's parabolic top. So if you extend that out now you guys noticing a trend the next buy signal came right here at $4,200 and you could have I've written that out to about 14,000 right away. I mean, it went straight to 14K. Everybody kind of knew what to expect back then if you were doing technical analysis, that treated you pretty well. You got your buy signal out of the COVID low right here. Your next parabolic top was at $69,000 coming out of the 2021 parabolic move. And then you can see here, you got a very clear buy signal at about a little bit under $17,000. and you could have written that out straight to 126,000. Now, this is where I want to reframe the recent price action of Bitcoin because we're using the same, let's zoom out. We're using the same buy signals that were established 15 years ago, okay? Let's zoom in now where we are and where we were last Friday. Would you believe it if I told you that last Friday taking out the February low was actually just a backtest of the decline line that was established back from 2011 to 2012 that gave us all of these extremely accurate buy signals over the last 15 years that were very, very profitable. So we actually had a buy signal, I need to move this yellow arrow. The buy signal came right here when we broke above about 70,000 and all we did recently was back test this line. In retrospect, when we look back at this in the future, it's gonna seem very obvious and what I'm trying to do is save you that moment where you're like dope like Homer Simpson by showing you it right now in real time. The second thing I wanna do is actually project this out into the future of about $400,000 in that timeframe of about May. So let me line this up right about there. And what I really wanted to call attention to is just this little cluster of price action for about five months right there at what would be the 50% line. I do believe that there tends to be clues left by the algorithm. And if this is your first time seeing somebody like this. Again, don't trust me. There's no need to trust me. I'm a talking head on a screen. Do not trust me, but I'm telling you clues don't happen retroactively, right? The future is not making it happen in the past. It is the present helping project the future, leaving clues as to what is coming. If you don't believe that, by the way, and by the way, I should say back in 2017, you saw the same thing right here and route to the 2017 pair of bathtub. I'm just saying you saw it right there. I dropped a 41 minute video, one of if not the best videos videos I've ever made for members in my private group linked below, I did that earlier today because you're getting half the story. If you're watching this on YouTube, you're not seeing my new methodology, which basically hammers in the timing of this top. And the thing is knowing the timing of the top. And I don't wanna say I know, because that's the wrong way to phrase it. But having a ballpark estimate of the time of the top gives me the price, otherwise I wouldn't say 400K. And I should actually bring that up before I forget. Let's go to the rainbow chart here. If you guys have been subscribed, you've seen this chart before. This is how I'm getting the price targets because we have data that should be factored in to understanding where we currently are relative again to Bitcoin's life story, which you can see in its entirety here. We are working on getting to the top of this green channel next as our next target. And the question is like, are we going to see a double top move, something like this where the actual top at the top of the green channel? And by the way, I believe very strongly that that is the top of the green channel based on this being the 25% line that was established at 65K, 69K, 100,000, and 126,000. I believe that that was basically topping out at the 25% line, which gives us the 50 line, 75% line, and the 100% line. Again, guys, I put a lot of thought into this. You can hit pause and just kind of reevaluate it if you want on this video. If it's your first time seeing it, I know it's a lot taken, but let's say Bitcoin hits 300k and then it's double moves and actually tops you know north of 500,000 later in 2027 or 2028 I'm completely fine with that I actually think if Bitcoin went to 300k might be more realistic based on what I see in the MSTR chart in terms of a top projection and only projecting you know $1,200 but the thing is $1,200 is the base case I didn't say it was the ceiling case so I wouldn't argue against somebody that said double move I wouldn't argue if somebody just said one move and then you know big retracement either but But this chart is where I get those numbers in terms of the price projection, understanding the time. And then the other half of the story, again, is you're going to need to join a private group to see that new methodology, which gives us the time. It's undeniable when you see it, and it's based on, again, the entire life story of both Bitcoin. I did it for MSTR. I did it for Ethereum. I did it for XRP. I did it for some other, you know, all coins, basically. All right. I think that's everything for Bitcoin. Let's go to MSTR now. All right. MSTR guys IPO'd all the way back in 1998. And we're gonna need to go all the way back there to get this initial decline line that's gonna tell us today, believe it or not, like, this is how these algorithms work, man. They still respect them to give, to basically give us today's buy signals. So that is the initial buy signal all the way back here in, what was that, June of 1999. You got the next buy signal over here in July of 2005. So that's what happens when you get those big parabolic moves. By the way, I've got a group for MSTR and Bitcoin investors where you can copy my trades linked below. So I saved some time by building the chart out off camera. We really only care about this portion right here. So you can see that we got a buy signal right there after COVID at about $12. Let's round up and say $12. And that moved all the way up to 131. And would you believe it? A little bit of confluence there around the 50% line. just saying wink, wink, the more you see it, the more you're like, oh, well, maybe there's something too, the Bitcoin projection for 400K in 2027 Q2. This one right here, you got the buy signal at about $30 and that went all the way up to $200. And well, let's look at the 50% line and yep, there it is. And then here, would you believe it? You got the buy signal at about 145 and that took you all the way up to 545. And if you squint and you look at the 50% line, Well, we closed that weekly candle, right exactly pixel perfect on it and then gapped up on the way to 545. Are you guys noticing a trend when I say, I'm just, it's not, I don't need to harp on this point, but like me saying something that sounds so crazy when price action has felt so bearish recently. By the way, that is a good, the fact that I can be contrarian and show you that I'm not saying anything this time will be different from what we saw in the past with MSTR based on 28 years of data and with Bitcoin based on 15 years. I'm not saying anything will be different. I'm accounting for diminishing returns. And I'm saying 400K Bitcoin, Q2 2027 with the straight face and MSTR minimum price target 1200. And I try to show you some of the work. And the thing is like, I look at it through as many different lenses as possible and they all agree if you ask me. But anyways, where's MSTR? Well, we had a fake breakout right here. This was July of last year, right? No, it was April of 2025, interesting. Well, all of this, when you extend that decline line from 545, by the way, you had another fake out right there, but it gave you this fake out. Now we're back underneath. You even got it again here in May of 2026, just showing that MSTR wants to move. But the thing is when I think of it through the other lens of it also, If it's gonna top in, let's say, May of 2027, does it need to move right now in May of 2026? And I know it's not May right now, but you got what I'm saying, this was May, and we had that big sell-off. No, it doesn't. It doesn't need to move 12 months early. So if it wants to chop around waste time, make the bears think they're correct, you know what I mean? And my group that is here for the 100 plus X move in 2027 was also short, the recent move. You know, because I have that new methodology, the buy signal, sell signal has been pretty accurate. And right now we're just patiently waiting for that next buy signal. This is not the signal on screen that I'm referring to. However, this is a buy signal that you can replicate on your charts. And we're just waiting for price to cross up through that line to give us the green, the green light and one to expect MSTR to accelerate. But the mere fact that, you know, this was November of 2024 and we have spent 16 months in a downtrend. 16 months and the bears are saying no no MSTR is going to zero and it's gonna take Bitcoin down with it expect another 16 months of a downtrend blah blah blah it's lazy DD it's lazy TA it's not even TA because I don't know how technical analysis would help you arrive at that conclusion in the first place also a funny one I put this out on listen actually what I put out on Twitter but I'll try to find what I put out on Twitter in a second but notice that But the last time MSTR was in this range, we basically did the same move that we're currently doing, just slight variations, but I numbered it, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11. And we're basically here at this portion, and we can expect to move up to position number 10, then 11, and then up and out, if you ask me, in terms of what comes in the near future. My guess is that when move number 10 gets hit's resistance and retraces, it will We'll correlate with, you guessed it, this line right here. So if it was to happen in the end of June, you'd be looking at, I mean I did say I thought June would close at 157 if you guys caught my last video, but anyways, maybe it's the first week of July then that it happens and we'll say that I was right about 157. Well then you would expect MSTR to get up to 167 and then reject, okay, reject, come back down and then push up and out after that. And again, it would just follow this analog perfectly. By the way, we have our weekly members only live call tomorrow on Friday, one hour before market close and I do share the replay in case anybody was interested but I'm very interactive. I'm there all day every day basically and I take questions on the live call so if you're interested that is linked below if you want to become a member. I put this out on Twitter just the other day and just wanted to share it here. Guys, Bitcoin, when it put in the 2021 parabolic second top, it was on a bearish divergence. MSTR did not confirm it. MSTR put in a significantly lower high. What came next? MSTR and Bitcoin sold off. If you do the same exercise here in 2025 from the top at about 109K up to 126K, Bitcoin did that on a bearish divergence again. MSTR did a lower high, significantly lower high. What came next? A big sell-off. You're noticing a trend. Now what if I told you that right now as I am recording this, we are seeing the exact opposite play out. We're watching Bitcoin put in a lower low on a bullish divergence and MSTR is not confirming it. It's putting in a higher low. We're seeing the literal exact opposite, guys. I'm trying to zoom out and just help share because ideally I don't know the future. It's not financial advice. How obvious this is going to be in retrospect. I wouldn't talk like this if I didn't really feel confident that this is not going to be a four-year cycle, copy paste, oh just chop sideways till October, whatever people are saying, absolutely absurd to me personally. It's nothing like that. We're going to get a new quarterly candle in July and then things are going to change. Is my humble opinion, I don't know that anybody spent as much time thinking about this I have maybe maybe not but like if you want to convince me otherwise you got to you know share the methodology that you use to reach that conclusion and it's got to supersede all the different ways that I've looked at this I really feel confident that like it's just gonna be a you know just wait till July basically it's June 11th it's gonna be boring be patient buy signals will come and um yeah things will accelerate from there speaking of acceleration I do want to talk about the quarterly timeframe just another view I mean I mean, I didn't need to pull this up in this video, but each candle here is three months. We begin a new quarterly candle on July 1st. I think I shared this in a previous video, but like that new quarterly candle, if it trades above $73,000 at all, it's going to begin a new bull run in Bitcoin. And you can see that these candles go all the way back to 2011 and it's been very consistent in helping define the new bull runs and when to shift your perspective from bear to bull. And you can see it's been respecting the same decline angle here going back to the top in October of 2025 at 126. Well, actually that actually set the top, but we've respected it since then. Um, and it's using the same declining angle from, you know, 2011, uh, MSTR quarterly. I talked about this in a semi-previous video, but like this also is helping define the quarterly breakouts. Now in the last four quarters that MSTR had for, I just want to show you that let's go back to 2020, 2021. This candle right here defined the quarterly breakout with its close, honestly. So with its close, it defined the quarterly breakout. You also have these cross sections though, which is kind of interesting because if you actually look where that quarterly candle in the year 2020, July found a top. It was based on the 545 top and this decline angle and just doing a parallel channel and then following it. I don't know. The next quarterly this so that began the breakout with that close the next quarterly candle pushed up through there The quarterly candle that followed. This was the move from like $13 To 131 right there 10x it started with breaking out on the quarterly time frame This whole quarter right here that followed was the entire bear market Would you believe me if I said that the bear market ended with a fresh quarterly candle? That began on the outside of this downtrend So, basically allowed you to almost siphon off that bear market and as soon as you got outside of it, I mean you could argue this candle did trade outside of it but it closed exactly on the downtrend, which to me is not outside the downtrend so I wouldn't call that the beginning of the bull. I would say the bull started on this next quarterly candle and that took you from roughly, I mean that candle opened at $34.66, 201 was the first top and then 545 was ultimately the next top. By the way, I would say that that 545 candle all happened in just one quarterly candle right here because this previous one, would you believe me if I said closed exactly on the downtrend? By the way, that's two candles in a row that closed exactly on the downtrend. If you go back, what do you know, three quarterly candles in a row. So this one, this one, and this one all closed on the trend line that, by the way, as a reminder was established based on price action from 1999. that that matters. I'm just saying the algorithms understand this and respect it and they leave clues and it doesn't mean that I will be correct in my prediction. But if we go for four closes in a row on the trend line, it will give us a close on June 30th at 157. So it's not required, but like I like to say 157 to 166 to me would make a whole lot of sense for this quarterly candle close. And then if I have to project out into the future, what the price action will look like just as a reminder like Q2 of 2027 is literally all the way out here you know if it wants to go up to 2k it can go up there but like let's just say it goes up to here you're looking right in this range of $1200 so hopefully it doesn't seem far-fetched I also want to just mention that $1200 does hold some significance in terms of fib levels the 1999.com bubble crash from $333 down to like 40 cents also gave us the 3618 fib the purple line up here at $1,203, do you believe in coincidences? And if I can do one more because I can do it really quickly, would you believe me if I told you that this recent pullback from 545 down to 104 gave us a 2618 fib at $1,254 right there? Now, one of my recent videos was a deep dive into the math behind how to harvest maximum Profits to have a chance at a 100x type move if this should come to fruition guys I will link to that in the YouTube cards This is something that we talk about regularly also in my group and I do issue trade alerts when I am personally trading I'm not telling anybody else what to do of course And I will be buying the bulk of my leap option position on the next Bicignal using that new methodology that I developed in March of this year, but we are currently still waiting for it So I'm not trying to say that It has triggered it has not triggered yet if you're a responsibly long MSTR like I am How much would it be worth to you to have somebody who's in the charts daily? That's just with this asset class by itself. I think that's a very reasonable thing to say that we could take 1% of the credit market. It's not a lot, 1%. That's all I'm asking for in five years.
