Nobody understands the real endgame that Michael Saylor is playing. 1. Accumulate 1 Million BTC into $MSTR (already 84% completed) 2. Get bought out/absorbed by the U.S. Government for $100B to acquire 5% of the Bitcoin supply with 0 slippage 3. Triple the Bitcoin price

Saylor won't go bankrupt. The dividend will continue to be paid. If he has to raise the coupon to 15% to get to par, he will raise to 15%. And in the unlikely scenario he can't, he will either sell BTC or more shares of MSTR. And in the even more unlikely scenario that

I spent a lot of time on this article & it was a difficult conclusion to reach. I’m as bullish on Bitcoin as any person on this app, and continue to be. But I do believe there are fundamental issues with MSTR that must be addressed. And I’d rather it happen sooner than later.

Peter @PeterSchiff just said Bitcoin can’t get to the “Promised Land” unless Strategyᴮ gets liquidated first. His view is simple: before Bitcoin can succeed, $MSTR has to go bankrupt and the whole thing has to be unwound. That’s not a bear case anymore. That’s personal. [Spoken audio]: I don't care what you think about Bitcoin. You could disagree with me. You think maybe in the long run it's going to be a new digital goal. It's going to have some kind of value of who knows what. But before Bitcoin can get to the promised land, it's got to get through the liquidation of strategy. This whole company has to go bankrupt. This whole thing has to be unwound. Because there's no way out of this.

$BTC is down. $MSTR is bleeding. This is where generational wealth gets created - or missed. Listen again to what Jeff Walton did in 2022: he rode MSTR from ~$1,200 to ~$100, watched everyone call Strategyᴮ dead, checked the debt profile and said: "The market is wrong." h/t [Spoken audio]: MSDR had tanked, right? But you knew that it was going to go back up. So what did you do? The market had just misread it. This was like deep November 2022, FTX, Celsius collapse, everything. And I rode my shares down from like $1,200 down to like $100. So I'm like, wow, that sucks. But I saw the balance sheet. And at the time, everybody was like, strategy is going to go bankrupt. And I'm like, I'm looking at the debt profile. I'm I'm like, yeah, they're leveraged, but the debt doesn't come due for years and I'm bullish Bitcoin and all this stuff happened. So I understood what it could potentially become and I thought the market had mispriced it. So what I wanted to do was wait until Bitcoin started moving back up again. So I felt confident that my thesis would play out. And so I set alerts on my phone. when the price of Bitcoin hit $17,000 and $18,000 and $19,000, that once it hit $19,000, I knew it was go time. I was like, okay, that's like the signal that's going back the other direction. And I just got paid a bonus. I took my entire bonus. I put a deep furthest out of the money call options on the furthest time horizon I could possibly buy, which was January 17, 2024, 2025. January 17th, 2025. And I did that with my entire portfolio. Your entire portfolio? Everything. You put everything into MSU or options? 401k, HSA, IRA, brokerage account. Everything you put in? Literally everything. And your wife's account? Yeah. With her permission? Yeah, I managed it. I mean, I guess it paid out. I managed it. I managed it. I was like, I'm managing this. It was a little sketchy. I have in my wallet, I wrote actually I was even leveraged. So not only is our options leveraged, I have a check in my wallet over there. I keep it in there. I took the last $7,500 I had in my HELOC and I bought MSTR call options with it. And so I keep the check in my wallet as like a memento. This is the story I wanted you to talk, maybe like blew me away when I first heard it. I was like, that is amazing. But again, it was like, I'm either right and I can go do something else and have some financial freedom.

JEFE TRADES @JEFETRADES · 2026-06-06T22:45:07+00:00

THE CRASH IS HERE $MSTR just ran into a MAJOR problem, Saylor tried selling some Bitcoin but it cause MASS selling on Crypto. Bitcoin is breaking the lows on the year and this could start to unravel... $COIN could also fall closer to $100 THIS IS GONNA GET UGLY QUICK [Spoken audio]: Micro strategy in Bitcoin are getting absolutely destroyed. If you look at what's really gone on with the story, Michael Saylor started selling some of his Bitcoin to pay for certain fees, etc. It was only around 32 and he still has hundreds of thousands of Bitcoin being held. So that should be understood. But it's also important to understand the implications that happened to Bitcoin and what happened to the liquidity of Bitcoin when he sold at all. Now, when we look at the charger on Bitcoin, go to the daily, you rejected perfectly off the a 200 daily moving average on basically three time. You go to the four hour tree, you can really see one, two, three, almost four rejections here from essentially May 5th all the way into May 14th. Go back to the daily so you can see you rejected off that slowly went down. This is where Sailor started selling last week into the beginning of this week. You drop from $73,000 at lows this week down to 59K. Now this wasn't all done with a stock market stock market did drop heavily on Friday, but you can see that drop only really happened here on Friday. You go back to Bitcoin, you were already heavily down before Friday down at like 63k. So the weakness was already there. You're also breaking back below lows that were established in February 5th. So Bitcoin as a whole is very weak. So going back to names like micro strategy, Coinbase, etc. They look awful. Now on top of this micro strategies at a critical point, if you look at this chart and you start to hold below this area here, I mean, I mean, look at the area. So this is the area you mounted back here in 2024 when you held above 122 for basically from March all the way into August, then you went nuts from 128 all the way into highs of 548 420 point run. Right. Now you're back at that level. You have to treat this the same exact way as you treated it to the upside. If you hold this, then it's awesome. Like I really wait for you to reclaim the hundred of May before getting aggressive and bullish. But if you lose this area Understand all bad that is likely you get into $100 quick You already tested down to 103 within the first break of it So if you hold below this in my personal opinion, I'm looking down to 70 to $60 Which is crazy to say out loud, but this could start dropping fast So first support $89 next level I'd be looking at down to 66 to 60 bucks This could get destroyed and Bitcoin right now. It looks like it's on the brink of just getting Decimated as well flipping back below the 69k major support highs from 2021 again This could start falling down. You're looking down a major support 54 to 52k, but under that Looking down to 41 40k and then even down closer to 29k and Bitcoin's really unraveling and it's coming back to the point of this proving if Sailor wanted to sell his Bitcoin, could he actually? And what would it do to the price of Bitcoin? And does it matter that his average is like 70K? Because if Bitcoin gets 100K, could he even start selling that Bitcoin to obtain that liquidity? So major issues. And I think there's an area in the market that's most at risk. It's micro strategy. It's Coinbase. It's all these crypto names. The good news, though, is if you like them, you're going to get them at a cheaper price. Coinbase is well under 150 decimated down to $100. and then their 30% downside maybe more. So again, these names look really bad. The good thing, the good name out there is Steel Robinhood. You will probably end up getting hit to the downside eventually. This keeps just going straight down, but it's worth mentioning Robinhood is holding up much, much, much better, especially with the news around the Trump accounts and how they've diversified the company away from crypto being the biggest money driver I'm in revenue driver as a company. Again, follow up for more content.

All-in on $MSTR . People call it concentration risk. I call it concentration. $BTC $MSTR $STRC [Spoken audio]: Why is it that you don't move your entire family to Zimbabwe? Sell all your stuff and buy the Zimbabwe dollar. Why is it that you don't do that? Because because of conviction or just because it seems quite obvious to you? That's not a good idea. I won't say that conviction is the when you don't do something. But when you go all in on something, I would say that does take conviction. Now, your conviction, how many chairs are you sitting on right now? One. Are you all in on the chair? I am all in on the chair. Like the point really is you put on one pair of glasses, you've got one pair of air pods right now, you're looking at me through one screen, you're using one microphone, that's a one microphone, like you trust it? Is that conviction? Seems kind of scary, why don't you diversify, why don't you use 10 microphones? The point really is things in your life, do you drive in 10 cars at the same time or one car at one time. Do you drive down one street? Aren't you afraid that you're driving down one street? Do you take a different way? You know? So my point really is, if you're an engine, you get a one airplane? Are you convicted? You put your entire family in the one airplane, aren't you afraid? Ultimately, if you're a rational individual, do you use, When you use knives, do you have copper knives, wooden knives, steel knives, aluminum knives, rubber, band knives, diamond knives, because you're afraid to commit to the right knife?

The monthly $STRC dividend is $100 million. $MSTR traded $52.6 billion in May. The monthly dividend is 0.19% of that volume. Would anyone care if they paid the dividend by selling 0.19% of average daily trading volume? Absolutely not. The math is deafening. @PunterJeff [Spoken audio]: The monthly dividend is 0.19%. Let's take it out on another decimal. 0.19% of the daily, of the volume over the month of May. What, like do I care if they sell MSDR stock to pay the dividend that 0.19% of the average daily trading volume? Absolutely not.

The conversation focuses on whether it would be profitable to invest in Bitcoin or not, taking into account the dividend returns based on average daily trading volume.

I agree with but @mattkratter does have a point about holding everything w custodians and not building on Bitcoin. I want MSTR and all their products to succeed while also acknowledging they can do more for the ecosystem

It’s Saturday & I’m already looking to Monday… With shorts piling into $MSTR & projections that it will continue to fall, this will force more $BTC to be liquidated.

Perspective on Crypto and Bitcoin: To truly understand Bitcoin's potential and long-term trajectory, we need to look beyond the short-term charts and analyze the global macroeconomic shift. Broadly speaking, the global financial landscape today is split into two major economic forces: the traditional Western financial system (dominated by the global hegemony of the US Dollar), and a rising alliance of emerging markets (the **BRICS** economic bloc). These nations represent a massive share of the world's population, and their explicit goal is to move away from the traditional reserve currency, build an independent trade network, and introduce an alternative system. Such a move poses a direct threat to the established global financial order. The established financial powers certainly recognized this structural shift early on. While working to secure dominance over key global tangible assets and energy reserves, they also needed an economic counter-strategy: a modern, decentralized digital infrastructure. This is where the deeper theory behind Bitcoin comes into play. On the surface, Bitcoin perfectly addresses the pain points of the ordinary citizen: hedging against inflation, bypassing traditional banking restrictions, and offering absolute financial sovereignty through a mathematically capped supply. But who is really behind it? While the official narrative credits the anonymous "Satoshi Nakamoto," there is a compelling theory that Bitcoin's complex blockchain architecture was actually engineered by deep-tech minds within advanced state-level institutions. In its early years, established authorities heavily criticized Bitcoin, labeling it a highly speculative asset or a tool for illicit activities—which, ironically, provided the perfect cover while it was quietly being adopted for covert global fund transfers. Today, the narrative has completely flipped. We see major global financial institutions, sovereign funds, and high-profile leaders openly embracing it. If Bitcoin was meant to be entirely decentralized, how could institutional powers maintain influence? The answer lies in massive, undisclosed wallets held by large-scale institutional entities and allied organizations. This heavy concentration of supply allows for subtle market coordination. Furthermore, the absolute transparency of the public ledger allows analytical agencies to track and monitor global capital flows with unprecedented precision. In essence, Bitcoin could be the ultimate decentralized alternative to traditional fiat—a global network designed to withstand any major economic shift or trade boycott. **So, why the recent price volatility?** There is a fascinating angle to consider here regarding MicroStrategy and its leadership. By aggressively leveraging his company to accumulate a historic amount of Bitcoin, Michael Saylor became one of the most powerful private holders of this new global asset class. However, major mega-corporations and global institutional elites are unlikely to allow a single private entity to control such a critical share of the future financial infrastructure. This leads to the theory that current market pressures are an intentional effort to suppress the price. Because MicroStrategy is heavily leveraged, pushing Bitcoin's price down toward the $30,000–$40,000 range (from its current $60,000 levels) could force liquidations or financial distress. If that happens, institutional giants stand ready to absorb those assets, consolidating absolute control over the supply. **The Bottom Line:** What we are witnessing is not a failure of Bitcoin, but a temporary macro power struggle. If you believe the established Western financial system will maintain its global position and successfully navigate this economic transition, Bitcoin isn't just a cryptocurrency—it is, unequivocally, the financial architecture of the future. What are your thoughts on this macro view?

If you ask me if it’s better for BTC if people buy MSTR products than US treasuries, I’d say MSTR But I think our efforts as Bitcoiners should go 1st towards teaching, encouraging & technically improving self custody sovereignty, & only secondarily tolerating custodied solutions

Fred Krueger @dotkrueger · 2026-06-06T05:31:00+00:00

Saylor won't go bankrupt. The dividend will continue to be paid. If he has to raise the coupon to 15% to get to par, he will raise to 15%. And in the unlikely scenario he can't, he will either sell BTC or more shares of MSTR. There is no liquidition scenario.

Nobody understands the real endgame that Michael Saylor is playing. 1. Accumulate 1 Million BTC in $MSTR 2. Get bought out/absorbed by the U.S. Government for $100B to acquire 5% of the Bitcoin supply with 0 slippaage 3. Triple the Bitcoin price and make the U.S.

As if MSTR selling 32 Bitcoins caused this Bitcoin dump. Do you know how ridiculous this sounds?

There's a post with an advertisement for an online store advertising Bitcoin coins, specifically at $61,000 after strategy. The text of the advertisement states that the product sold directly from MSTR is worth over $31k.
