Steve from Spiral said otherwise on his pod. You’re still missing the point. And you’re still missing the point that if Citrea doesn’t need it and spammers can go directly to pools/miners, then why would removing the limit encourage them to behave better?

I think this is why we’re talking past each other. Node runners and plebs are frustrated that Bitcoin is being used for data storage (and yes we know there have always been ways to insert random data, and yes we know filtering is imperfect, and yes we know in theory OP_RETURN
