This part of the CFTC remarks caught my eye. The agency’s own taxonomy lists $XRP alongside BTC, ETH, SOL, XLM & XTZ as examples of “digital commodities.” That’s not XRP Twitter talking. It’s the CFTC. Why does this matter for XRP’s institutional future?
