Over a decade of community Service coming to a close - Last TABConf I don't post on reddit often, but wanted to say how grateful I am to have met so many cool and smart individuals in the Bitcoin space. I started TAB (The Atlanta Bitcoin) as a way to ensure there was a technical place for curious people to learn how bitcoin works and feel comfortable buying and holding it. Our first meetup was "What the heck is Bitcoin - free Pizza". We had 25 people show up in March of 2016. Fast forward to 2018, we were having meetups of sometimes over 400 people! We then started an annual conference "TABConf". TAB was never a "job", and was community driven and motivated. Everyone involved always maintained fulltime work. We ran over 460 events over the last 10 years!
