KYC request locked out for 5+ months now??? I have been locked out of my account for 5+ months now, I never noticed the original request for information as I dont check my email. Days after my account was locked I responded, I have not heard back since. This was in MAY. I have since contact support 6+ times now, they all tell me how theyre so sorry and theyre gonna move my ticket up to higher management and I will hear back ASAP. I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK. I want in my account like what is this dude?? Its a simple KYC request why is this taking MONTHS....
