Crypto tax specialist Hey guys, I was recently made redundant from a crypto tax software company where I worked in customer support. A big part of my job involved helping users with transaction reconciliation, missing cost basis, transfers between wallets/exchanges, and cleaning up transaction histories so their tax reports were more accurate. I’m looking to take on some freelance reconciliation work now, so if anyone has a messy crypto history they’ve been putting off sorting out, feel free to reach out. I’m not a CPA and won’t be providing tax advice, but I can help with the actual cleanup and reconciliation side of things, especially things like missing purchase history, incorrect transfers, cost basis issues, duplicates, and transactions that need reviewing. My rates are pretty reasonable and would definitely be cheaper than paying an accountant to spend hours doing the reconciliation work.
